Response time is back to normal. Job queue is cleared.
We have manually added server capacity to mitigate the issue. Webservices are stable again. We are monitoring the issue.
We are currently investigating increased 5xx errors and timeouts.
We do no longer see this issue. Network speed to AWS US is normal again.
We are currently experiencing slow connections to AWS S3 us-east and us-west. This network issue results in import/export tasks stuck in the "processing" state or timeout errors.
